Ele Lembra supports the efforts of these individuals to lead better, more fulfilling lives as contributing members of their home countries. Ele Lembra focuses on those who have shown the aptitude and willingness to perform so their endeavors may be correctly directed, appropriately applied, and ultimately successful. Ele Lembra relies on persons, groups and organizations already working with these children to assist us in selecting those who are most likely to succeed. Teachers and mentors are employed to prepare children without parents for social life outside of an institution or foster environment. Resources are provided to these teachers to assist in training the program participants. Ele Lembra will also provide programs to incentivize employers within the community to give these children a chance in the work place.
